What does the initial review cost?
The initial review and written proposal are free. This review is limited to defining the work and price, not a legal opinion.
When will I hear back?
We reply within one business day and send a proposal within two business days after the file is complete.
Do you use flat fees?
Yes, for defined services. We quote litigation in phases and explain separate expenses. Personal injury fees are a percentage of the recovery: 33 1/3 percent before a lawsuit is filed, 40 percent after filing and 45 percent after trial begins, as stated in the written agreement.
Who pays personal injury case expenses?
Case expenses, such as filing fees, records, depositions and expert witnesses, are separate from the attorney's fee and are the client's responsibility, including if there is no recovery, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We explain the payment arrangements before you hire us.
Can I meet Omer before signing?
You may request a short call before engagement. After engagement, meetings can take place by phone, video, or at your home or office.
Do you have a walk-in office?
No. The Contact page lists a mailing address only.
What should I include in my first request?
Names needed for a conflict check, a short description, and any court date or deadline. We request substantive documents after clearance.
Will software make the legal decisions?
We use secure software, including artificial intelligence tools, to help organize information and draft correspondence. Attorney Omer Siddiqui supervises that work and personally reviews every fee proposal, every engagement agreement, every decision to decline a matter and any message that gives legal advice. Confirmation emails are sent automatically.
Does submitting the form make the firm my lawyer?
Submitting a request does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship. Please do not rely on us to take action or protect a deadline unless Omer confirms that the firm has accepted that responsibility. Our normal engagement process requires a written agreement.
What languages do you speak?
English, Urdu and Hindi.
Do you guarantee a result?
No. Legal outcomes depend on facts, evidence, law and decisions by others. We explain the work and the risks without promising an outcome.
