Siddiqui Law Office

How it works

A written process that gives you room to review, ask questions and decide.

Four steps, in writing

  1. 1

    Tell us about it

A short request identifies the matter, the people involved and any urgent dates.

  2. 2

    Build the picture

After a conflict check, we request the documents and details needed for review.

  3. 3

    See the proposal

You receive a defined scope, a written fee and an explanation of separate costs.

  4. 4

    Plan your next move

Sign the agreement, arrange any required payment and schedule your strategy call.

Send the essentials

Use the request form to identify the people involved, the type of matter and any urgent dates. Please keep the first summary brief and avoid detailed confidential information until we complete a conflict check.

Review the documents and proposal

Omer checks for conflicts, then sends the questions and secure document-upload invitation needed for your matter. He reviews the file and prepares a written proposal with software assistance under his control.

The initial review and proposal are free. We reply within one business day and send proposals within two business days of a complete file.

Sign, then discuss the strategy

Review the written scope, fee and expenses. If you proceed, sign the engagement agreement and arrange any payment it requires. We then schedule your strategy call with Omer.

Prefer to talk first? You can request a short call before engagement.

Tell us about urgent dates

If you have been served with a lawsuit or have a court date or other deadline, say so in your request. If the deadline is within 7 days, also call (214) 444-9072.

Submitting a request does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship. Please do not rely on us to take action or protect a deadline unless Omer confirms that the firm has accepted that responsibility. Our normal engagement process requires a written agreement.

  • Emails or letters where payment was discussed.
  • The date the payment was due.

Sample fee proposal · Illustration only

Texas LLC formation

Scope: Formation of one Texas limited liability company and a company agreement, based on the facts and ownership structure reviewed.

Attorney’s fee: $750.
Separate state filing fee: $300.

Outside this scope: Tax advice, disputes, ongoing representation and other agreements. We quote additional work separately.

Next step: Review the engagement agreement, including its fee milestones, and decide whether to proceed. This sample is not an offer for a particular matter.

Technology and attorney review

We use secure software, including artificial intelligence tools, to help organize information and draft correspondence. Attorney Omer Siddiqui supervises that work and personally reviews every fee proposal, every engagement agreement, every decision to decline a matter and any message that gives legal advice. Confirmation emails are sent automatically.

Does the free review include a legal opinion?

No. The free review identifies the scope and price. Legal advice, drafting and other substantive work require an agreed engagement.

Can I ask questions about the proposal?

Yes. Ask before signing if any service, expense or phase boundary is unclear. Written proposals remain open for 30 days.

Start with the facts.

Tell us what happened and what you need to accomplish. We reply within one business day.
