Siddiqui Law Office
Real Estate Matters in Dallas-Fort Worth
Document review and representation for Texas property transactions and disputes, with a written proposal tailored to the issue.
Property problems tend to arrive with a stack of documents and a date that matters. A purchase contract, deed, loan document or demand may raise questions that the other papers help answer. Siddiqui Law Office reviews the transaction as a whole before proposing the next step. The firm works with buyers, sellers, owners and businesses on defined real estate matters, including disagreements that may require negotiation or litigation. Omer explains the scope, the records still needed and the fee in writing before the work begins.

Common questions
Can you review documents before I sign?
Yes. Send the full document and the proposed signing or closing date. Tell us which terms you have already agreed to and whether anyone has requested a change.
Can you help after a transaction closes?
The firm reviews post-closing disputes as well as pending transactions. Include the closing papers and a timeline showing when you discovered the problem and how the parties responded.
Will you act as my title company or lender?
No. The proposal describes the legal work the firm will perform. Title, financing, appraisal and other services remain separate unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
