We collect the contact information, party names, matter type, county, dates and brief summary you submit. We use that information to respond, check conflicts, identify urgency and decide what further information we need. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, medical records or other sensitive documents in the first form.

Further review and service providers

After conflict clearance, we may request documents through a secure portal and review public court records relating to the parties. We use service providers for email, hosting, practice management, electronic signatures and, where applicable, payments and AI-assisted work. We review the proposed use and configuration before providing confidential information to a vendor.

Omer supervises the use of software and personally reviews fee proposals, engagement agreements, declines and legal advice.

Website data

The request form can collect campaign tags and the referring website’s origin to help us understand how people find the firm. The form does not automatically save your answers in your browser. Hosting and security systems may process basic connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the service.

We do not sell your inquiry to lead buyers. We do not use advertising pixels on this version of the site.

Retention and requests

We retain information for the purposes described here and applicable professional, recordkeeping and legal obligations. Conflict records and records subject to legal holds may need to remain after an inquiry closes.

To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. Legal and professional obligations may limit deletion.

Children and security

The form is intended for adults or a parent or guardian requesting help for a minor. We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No transmission or storage system eliminates every risk.
